Bewertung: Tried FlixBus for the first time. Packed our bags and prepared to leave. The day of our trip, I got an email saying the trip was cancelled. I emailed to ask for a refund. They refused and sent a voucher. I asked again for a refund. They said to fill out some forms. I filled the forms and they never responded. I’ve contacted them many times, but, I just receive a friendly message asking to fill out their forms again. Very dishonest bus line. mehr dazu
